Governing commercial agreement

Where a landlord proceeds with installation, the governing commercial agreement is the 10-Year Utility Easement (reference RW-SGU-LPA-001-v4.0), issued separately and signed independently of this website. This page links to that process; it does not embed or replace the easement document itself.
